My experience was, I will be going back.

BEWARE if you are booking through OpenCare. I booked a new patient exam and cleaning through OpenCare, but URBN did not check or confirm the appointment. When I arrived, they could not find me on the schedule. Instead of asking me to come back another day, they said they could “squeeze me in.” My appointment was scheduled for 9AM. I was brought back for the exam and X-rays, which were completed by approximately 10AM. After that, I was left waiting until around 11AM before anyone returned to begin the cleaning. Despite being in the office for roughly two hours, only about 20 minutes were spent on the actual dental cleaning. Unfortunately, the cleaning itself was extremely basic and not thorough. Tartar removal was done entirely with an electronic device, and no manual scaling tools were used at all. The tartar removal portion lasted about 6 minutes, followed by roughly 10 minutes of polishing/cleaning. My teeth were not flossed as part of the cleaning; the hygienist only demonstrated flossing on two teeth before finishing the appointment. Overall, I spent more time sitting in the chair waiting for the dentist and the hygienist than actually having my teeth cleaned. Given the long wait and the very minimal level of care provided, this experience did not meet expectations for a new patient exam and cleaning.

Friendly staff, but it reminded me to a timeshare visit. A lengthy buildup to upselling before treatment started. But treatment and staff are A1.

I haven’t been to the dentist in a couple years so I was very hesitant on going regularly. URBN dental has made the much dreaded dental visits much easier for myself as I was given all information / education I needed in order to make sure I’m also prioritizing my health better than I have before.

The office is clean, modern, and the staff makes you feel welcome. My cleaning was thorough and gentle, always explaining each step so I felt informed and comfortable. The office assistants are wonderful and the hygienists do a great job at prioritizing my dental health. Thank you!

I really hate insurance, but I love it when I get to work with such a friendly staff. Everybody from the time I walked into the front door was nice and courteous the doctor that explained everything was extremely thorough and very detail with every question I had they really wanted to death so I can understand what was going on why it was happening what could be done to fix it and what will be done! From having a bad experience at another dentist before this was a night and day difference, I will be returning!!!
