First time here and I must say I have found my new home. It’s been so slow since I have been to the dentist and the team here did everything to make me feel comfortable and walked out with a fresh smile.

If you have an appointment make sure to arrive with extra time to look for a parking spot. Very clean and friendly office.

Here’s a balanced but clearly unfortunate review that expresses disappointment without sounding aggressive or unfair: ⸻ I’m honestly disappointed with my experience at the Heights location today. My 6-month checkup started off fine, but there were several small yet noticeable misses throughout the visit that made the overall experience feel less thoughtful than expected. The staff didn’t seem very mindful with equipment during treatment, and there were comfort details that were noticeably absent — no hot towel or similar post-cleaning option, and despite a TV being available, no one asked if I preferred music or anything to help make the appointment more comfortable. I also found myself having to ask whether goodie bags were offered rather than that being part of the normal checkout process. Most concerning, I reached the front desk only for the receptionist to notice fluoride was listed on my receipt even though it hadn’t been applied, which required me to return to the treatment room to have it done. Individually these may seem minor, but together they made the visit feel rushed and not very patient-centered. It’s unfortunate because this location receives such positive reviews, and I was hoping for a more attentive and comfortable experience.

The experience was great however, there a bit pricey.

Clean and modern facilities with friendly staff. I had my dental exam and cleaning done here as a new patient. The staff explained everything thoroughly from treatment plan to payment details. Only downside was that the appointment took a very long time - a lot of waiting in between.

Really good clinic. Super friednly staff

Office is modern and bright. Great outdoor view from treatment chair, which was relaxing. Minor treatment was pain-free and we discussed a future treatment plan to resolve a night grinding issue.

My dentist, Kyunglim Chae, was great.

Great place for teeth work. Whole staff was great. Hardly felt anything. Was so comfortable I started falling asleep during the cavity fillings!
