High end treatment facility!

They rushed me into deep cleaning.

My appointment was great. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years and was scared to go again because it had been so long. I recently switched insurance so I was looking for a new provider and I’m glad I went with Kirkland Family Dental. They were really compassionate and did not shame me for not coming in over the past few years. I had previous experiences with other dentists where they would be judgmental as well as upsell me on treatment so I was very worried, but they were so so kind to me. They were very understanding, professional, and reassuring. They answered all of my questions and understood when I needed to take breaks and were very attentive if things were uncomfortable. I felt minimal pain and I got 10 fillings, so that is pretty impressive. They also worked with me on billing and insurance and prioritized fillings that needed to happen now and pushed mild cavities to later so that I wouldn’t have to pay much out of pocket due to hitting my insurance max, and I appreciated that the most. I was really pleased with my experience and look forward to coming back for dental care in the future.

Appointment and care were first class. Everyone in the office was knowledgable, courteous, and caring.

Dr Choi was extremely knowledgeable and was able to clearly articulate why I needed further treatment. I appreciated him walking me through next steps and alternative options. The office also had all sorts of high tech equipment, which was great as it made things like taking x-rays go by much faster than normal.

The hygienist provided outstanding, professional care and was mindful of my schedule. The scheduled dentist was a no-show, and their replacement kept me waiting for more than 10 minutes.
