The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the dentist took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and cared for. The appointment was quick, painless, and surprisingly pleasant. I left feeling confident in my smile and grateful for their professionalism. Highly recommend!

Kind and friendly staff

I'm glad to get scheduled next day and have my checkup, cleaning done on the first visit. The cleaning is detailed and confortable. I also did some filings after Doctor's examination (not all treatments doctor proposed). The hygienist did the anesthesia, and the doctor did the initial 5 minutes to clean up the old fillings, then his assistant took over for almost another 2h to finish. I didn't expect the treatment will be majorly done by the assistant, and the procedure felt rushed. There is a surcharge when paying with credit card, and the front desk did not inform me.

They mentioned they will not use the current year insurance and will wait for the new year’s one. They also clearly mentioned they will not charge me for the visit and they sent a bill. Very unprofessional. I still didn’t get the treatment I needed

I had a routine dental cleaning and xrays done at Kirkland Family Dentistry. My dental hygienist, Enrique, was wonderful. He was patient, friendly, attentive and thorough with treatment and explanations. The front desk staff were warm and very pleasant. Thank you!
