Rain City Dentistry is an excellent location to receive dental care. The team was extremely courteous and professional. I was able to complete a new patient examination and cleaning in the same experience, which helped with my busy schedule. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a dentist in the Seattle area.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at Rain City Dentistry! Erica at the front desk is amazing and so communicative. Lana, the dental hygienist, was incredibly gentle and walked me through every step. I’m afraid of needles, so I especially appreciated how she checked in with me and made sure I was okay throughout the visit. Dr. Walczak was wonderful, too. He explained my X-rays and helped me come up with a realistic plan for my dental care. I’m excited to go back and start my journey toward healthier, brighter teeth!

Friendly staff and Dr is friendly. Fyi new appointments are very long. Mine took 1.5 hours for cleaning and x-rays. I was asked to remove all my jewelry so be prepared.

The patient experience at Rain City Dentistry is exceptional. This was my first visit to their office, and the staff and Dr. Walczak himself were warm and welcoming. They made me feel at ease during the dental cleaning and kept me informed of my choices. This office is honest and transparent about the various treatments and your options, which is a breath of fresh air in dentistry. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

I have never before been treated like family at a dentist office before. Dr. Walczak and his team made time for me to come in with an urgent issue and despite squeezing me in, he never made me feel rushed. He listened to me and my concerns and did everything in his power to ease my discomfort, anxiety and find the cause of my pain. Best experience by far at any medical professional office.

Both the dentist and assistant were very presonable and welcoming and happy to explain answers to all the questions I had. They were prompt and effective in getting me through in a timely manner and honest about the continued dental health.
