I walked in nervous to the clinic—it had been a while since I had seen a dentist. I began feeling at ease when the receptionist greeted me because she was genuinely friendly and didn't make me feel weird for not having seen the dentist in a while. Their intake forms also included space to note if you are nervous seeing the dentist and if there is anything they can do to help. I wrote down that I wanted to know what was happening and they listened. Both the dental hygienist Melissa and Dr. Cao were open to questions and warm when they explained their process. So while I was nervous when I was getting my teeth examined, they were quick to ease my nerves with explanations and care. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience. I had a lot of shame about this kind of thing growing up, so I'm grateful that a dental practice like this exists!

Staff were very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. We weren't able to finish my appointment in one go so they were able to book me in for the next available very quickly.
