I’ve got to say, what stood out the most was how much they actually sit down and explain things to you. The staff really take the time to make sure you understand what they’ve done, what you need to know moving forward, and how it might affect your dental health down the line. It’s like they’re turning on a lightbulb for you—suddenly you just get it, and it really changes the way you think about your dental care. Plus, everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist is super courteous and genuinely caring. Oh, and they’re also quite affordable, which is a nice bonus! The thing that really impressed me: my car actually broke down on the way to my appointment, and I was definitely going to be late. But when I called them and let them know, they were super accommodating and managed to fit me in later the same day. Honestly, that just showed how flexible and patient-focused they are. So, not only is the whole team courteous and caring, but they’re also ready to help you out in a pinch.
