I had a great experience at Waterloo Dental. I met hygienist Gurnisher (I hope I got the spelling right), who was very gentle, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the cleaning. Dr. Gill was also very professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth, and the dental assistant was friendly and attentive throughout the visit. Overall, the entire team made the experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
