Waterloo Dental is a clean, modern clinic. The dentist was friendly, knowledgeable and friendly, and the hygienist was kind. She explained what she was doing throughout the cleaning, which made me feel comfortable. The X-ray and initial exam took longer than I expected. The staff member assisting me seemed to still be learning the process, so it took some time to complete all the steps. Overall, I had a good experience and appreciated how welcoming the team was.
