I’m disappointed with my experience at this dental care hospital. The appointments felt very rushed and I didn’t feel like the staff were attentive to my concerns. There was little time given for proper explanation of the treatment, and I left feeling confused and unsure about the next steps. Good dental care should make patients feel heard and informed, but unfortunately that was not my experience here. I hope they improve their communication and take more time with patients in the future.
