Meet Dr. Sophia Aramoon, a talented and compassionate dentist with a dedication for providing the highest quality of dental care to patients. She has been working at Smile Haven Dental since 2020. She is now coming onboard more days to provide care for our patients! Dr. Aramoon received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry before attending the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Dentistry where she graduated with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She has continued to advance her clinical skills through courses taken through the prestigious Kois Center, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and American Academy of Clear Aligners, ImPRES and more.

What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?

I am skilled in all areas of dentistry, but primarily focus on Cosmetics, Invisalign, and Teeth Whitening in my practice. I believe very strongly in continuing my education and completing advanced training programs to make sure I can provide the highest quality of dentistry to all my patients.

What are you proud of in your practice?

While Dr. Aramoon’s expertise includes a wide range of dental services, her passion is creating beautiful smiles for patients that restore their happiness and confidence. For a patient, this could mean clear aligners to straighten teeth, Botox for TMJ pain, veneers to improve the shape and color, and full mouth rehabilitation to restore functionality and chewing while incorporating it in a holistic approach. While her clinical skills are top-notch, Dr. Aramoon’s gentle touch and calming energy have made her a patient favorite, with many singing her praises for her ability to alleviate anxiety in the dental chair and provide a painless and pleasant experience. Being able to apply these techniques with safe biocompatible materials is very rewarding.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I truly enjoy treating all my patients. However, one of the most rewarding moments for a dentist is to see a patient leave the office with a beautiful smile on their face while only a short time ago they were experiencing discomfort, pain or embarrassment to smile.
