Also, they helped suggest how best ot take care of my teeth. Dr. Enacopol and staff were very friendly and made my trip to the dentist not a nightmare, which sometimes is a reality. I was not intending to have anything else done with my teeth, but the office team helped me with a flouride treatment to help me with sensitivity. First they took xrays, which they were very detailed on what angles to xtray. Then they cleaned my teeth. The cleaning was great. She did an amazing job on being gentle, I don’t know how many times I have had a rough cleaning where my lips are cracked and leave with pain on my jaw. She cleaned every tooth individually. When the Dr. Horatio came in to see me we spoke about any concerns I might have had about my teeth and then he spoke to me about my teeth and what options I had about my wisdom teeth which I am glad we spoke about . I didnt actually expect the cleaning because I figured there would be a time constraint. I went through the waning and received the best customer service I would have asked for. Dr. Enacopol and the Dental Hygienist I had were both very friendly and informative about the processes they were performing. It was a regular cleaning, plus a deep gum cleaning, plus some x-rays. While not physically that comfortable of a process, they did their best to ensure I was relaxed and calm.
