Dr. Shilam Patel

Dr. Shilam Patel was born in Canada and raised in Portland, Oregon. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Saskatchewan, graduating with honors as a double major in Psychology, and Physiology and Pharmacology. Inspired by her interest in both science and patient care, she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. Since completing her dental education, Dr. Patel has proudly served patients throughout Chicagoland. Professional Experience Dr. Patel has built her career around the belief that dentistry is the ideal balance between healthcare and artistry. She is passionate about helping patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles while ensuring each visit is comfortable and stress-free.
