Dr. Matar graduated from Cairo University with honours. After working for four years teaching at the university he decided to move to Canada where he worked in a small town in northern Ontario before calling London home. Dr. Matar is an active member of the RCDSO, ODA, and CDA. He speaks English and Arabic. He is very passionate about his work and he is always seeking excellence, that’s why he is always participating in a lot of continuing education.
