About
Dr. Brent Sorenson has been a resident in the Mahtomedi area since 2005. He began his education by earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bethel University in 2001. While working in the research department, Dr. Sorenson earned a Masters in Biology and his Docturate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota. In the spring of 2015 he will earn his PhD in research fellowship. During his tenure at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Dr. Sorenson received awards for academic skill, professionalism and independent research ability. Dr. Sorenson has also received advanced clinical training for digital dentistry and Cerec same-day crowns. Dr. Sorenson and his wife Molly have three children Shey, Owen and Madeline. They are active in the Mahtomedi community as coaches and coordinators for the youth soccer and hockey programs. In their spare time they enjoy watching Gopher sports and spending time outdoors.
