No wait time, quick in and out. His staff are professional and kind. He used a camera on my son and myself, and that was an eye opener. I haven't gone for my last two semi-annual cleanings thanks to Covid, and then I developed sudden tooth pain but my former dentist is not open like the others. I defaulted to the closet dentist with the best reviews and I can see why they are rated so well. The staff is super outgoing, the environment is surprisingly comfortable even with all of the Covid protocols in place. Tom explained his findings and gave me a logical solution. The only hiccup I had was the the brand new assistant wasn't too kin about infectious disease control and spread my saliva (and probably many other patients') onto all the surfaces like the light handle and computer.
