Dr. Roshni Patel

Dr. Roshni Patel grew up in Nashville, Tennessee and studied Biology at Belmont University. She graduated from the Dental School at the Meharry Medical College and recently moved to the Bay Area to be closer to her husband, Amal (also a San Jose native). They just got married this past October! When she is not working, you will find her in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, playing board games, or watching football

Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

Going to the dentist can be scary and overwhelming for many patients. At our office we try our hardest to give the patient a comfortable and judgement free experience. We explain treatment options to the patient, because we believe that education is a key part of prevention. Our goal is to create a happy healthy mouth and we believe that teaching someone the proper oral hygiene is that way to do that.

What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?

I do a variety of general dentistry but my focus is on crown and bridge work, treating malocclusion with invisalign and preventative work.

What are you proud of in your practice?

Our office goes above and beyond for customer service. We call our patients everyday after their treatments to make sure they are feeling ok. We strive to provide an atmosphere in which the patient feels comfortable to ask questions and understand their oral health.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I really enjoy doing smile makeovers. A new smile not only changes a patients aesthetics, but it can give them a new sense of confidence. It's amazing how helping someone get the smile they have always wanted can change so many aspects of a person's life.
