The experience at Milton Go Dental for my x-ray, cleaning, and fluoride polishing was very well done and professional. Will be returning here in the future.

The dental team explained my oral hygiene and the overall condition of my tooth very clearly and in an easy-to-understand manner. They took the time to answer my questions and thoroughly reviewed the treatment options. I was also given practical recommendations and preventive steps to keep my teeth clean and healthy. The staff was professional, patient, and reassuring, and the clinic maintained a clean and comfortable environment. Overall, I had a very positive and informative experience and would highly recommend them.

The doctors, technicians, hygienists and receptionist were great and walked me through all the steps with great patience.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

The hygienist was very gentle and made the cleaning comfortable, which I really appreciated. However, the process could be more streamlined, there seemed to be some confusion between OpenCare and the clinic’s own system. I was asked about my insurance even though it had already been confirmed online, and I was mistakenly charged twice due to a calculation error (which was later corrected). Overall, the experience was good, but there’s room for improvement in coordination and billing accuracy.

Everyone from the dental hygienist, the x-ray tech and the dentist, all were very professional. The environment was very comfortable. The people working there are very nice. The exam went on smoothly and the dentist explained every step very well. I left feeling very good. Will be returning for future appointments for sure.
