Very Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend Erin Park Dental and Dr. Harkhushwinder Dua. I felt that patients receiving care through the "Opencare" were treated differently and not with the same level of respect and consideration. They told me at very end because they have to pay Opencare 500$ for sending them patient. The overall experience did not feel welcoming, and I was disappointed by the way I was treated. I only signed up for a new patient dental exam and cleaning but they got me to do filling for one of my tooth- even when I resisted twice. First they wanted to numb the tooth and then do filing. To which I said no, as I had tight schedule and didn't wanted to deal with numbess for some time after the appointment. Then they said they can even do it without numbing my tooth and started with the procedure saying if I would feel sensitivity they will stop. Another major concern was the lack of transparency about costs. The charges for procedures were not clearly explained to me beforehand, leaving me surprised by the bill afterward. Patients deserve to know what a procedure will cost before it is performed, so they can make informed decisions. I was charged $396 at first for the very small filling which was reduced to 296$ after I confronted Dr. Harkhushwinder Dua after the treatment when I was presented with the invoice. I also found the dentist, Dr. Dua, to be rude and felt that the interaction lacked professionalism and courtesy. I believe patients should be allowed to make decisions about optional treatments without feeling pressured. The equipment also appeared outdated and did not seem to be functioning properly. During the cleaning, the equipment was leaking water, leaving water all over my face. This made an already unpleasant experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, I left feeling rushed, disrespected, and disappointed with both the quality of the experience and the lack of transparency. Every patient deserves respectful treatment, clear communication about costs, properly functioning equipment, and adequate time for dental care, regardless of how their treatment is covered. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Erin Park Dental and Dr. Harkhushwinder Dua to others.

The staff and dentist were incredibly warm, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire visit.
