He explained what he was examining and why the entire time, and took the time to explain why I had some of the issues I had. Reviewed on April 26th, 2018 • Verified patientThe office staff greeted me promptly and engaged in conversation, advising me to fill in forms. The waiting area was clean and updated with plenty of seating. The hygenist was excellent - friendly, engaging, explained each step in the process, and truly made me feel comfortable. Dr. Goldstein was efficient, on time and communicated clearly. I definitely felt he was trying to frequently upsell me products - teeth whitening, mouth guards etc - he almost seemed disappointed when I didn't have any of the symptoms he was asking about (grinding teeth, trouble sleeping, migraines). They have a lot of high end equipment. I have never see video of them inside my month. Very cool. Very good experience. The receptionist dealt with my insurance which is something I don't have to worry about. Dr. Goldstein and his dental assistants were very kind and explained what they were doing in detail. After the xrays and checkup Dr. Goldstein went over his concerns and things to do in the future. He was professional but one of his employees, Britney, had a pretty sour attitude.
