My insurance was not properly checked before starting the treatment. I was given extra bill after being told that part of insurance didn't go through for x-ray. Also scalling was half done by telling me that I have too much plaque and then when I was tried to book second time I was told my insurance won't cover it so now I'm stuck with half cleanup

I went to Erin Mills Smiles Dentistry for my new patient exam and cleaning and polish. Dr. haider answered all my questions in a lot of detail! Overall the experience was great!

I recently visited this dental office for a cleaning and a filling, and I was very pleased with the care I received. The dentists were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was quite disappointing. The receptionist who was working around 4:30 PM on Saturday was rude and spoke to me in a way that felt unprofessional and unfriendly. It made me feel unwelcome, which was upsetting given how positive the rest of my experience had been. The dentists deserve 5 stars for the excellent care they provide. However, because of my interaction with the receptionist, I can only give the office 2 stars overall. I hope management addresses this, as good customer service is just as important as good dental care.

The environment and space is quite nice. They definitely have all the advanced equipment and technology. The front desk staff was so helpful in booking my appointment for me and helping me figure out billing and what would work best for my insurance claims. He was so attentive and gave me some really good recommendations and options. The only thing would be that it would be helpful to communicate all costs before going in for the actual treatment. Before going in, i didn’t know that i would be undergoing a full checkup with xrays as well aside from my cleaning and that my bill would rack up to almost $600. That’s the only thing, but other than that, it was a good experience.

It was good, however they were really pushy for me to get cavities filled and the price of the service was provided once i was already sitting in the chair and had already done the xray. It was more expensive than I bargained for, and I didn't really think it was necessary as I don't experience any symptoms or sensitivity, and all that was there was a small black spot on the top of some of my teeth. I also think the cleaning service was subpar as my teeth didn't look any better than when I went in. They should also have provided complimentary whitening service which is pretty common for new patient offers with dentists in the are. The staff were nice although the front desk person was rushing and did not provide me with a comprehensive receipt of the charges/services done. I just got a receipt of the charge I paid.
