Although there was an unfortunate mishap during check-in and the initial experience was not ideal, everything that followed completely changed my perspective. Dr. Harry was truly exceptional, professional, personable, and incredibly compassionate. He has a remarkable way of making you feel comfortable, valued, and like part of the dental family. I sincerely appreciated the time he took to answer my questions and his patience throughout my visit. The two X-ray technicians were also wonderful. They were kind, efficient, and helped make the process smooth and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Shaw, who went above and beyond in assisting me. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything that was needed and made sure I understood each step of the process. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help were genuinely appreciated. While the check-in experience wasn't ideal, the outstanding care and exceptional customer service I received from the rest of the team far outweighed that initial setback. I truly appreciate everyone who cared for me and would absolutely recommend this dental office to others.
