They made sure to set the expectation in terms of work needing to be done, and laid out the cost so it wasn’t a surprise. Dr. Wayne Kin is very empathetic, as well as the dental assistant, giving me dark glasses for my sensitive eyes, and letting me know that I can stop at any time if I am feeling stressed. He showed me my teeth on the big tv, and explained to me in easy to understand lingo what needs fixed. The office staff were really friendly and accommodating. The dental assistant and hygienist were super friendly and put me at ease throughout my visit.
