I’m pleased to share that they exceeded above and beyond! From the super friendly receptionist, Madison, I felt welcomed as if I had been going there for years. The rest of the staff was attentive and friendly. My hygienist did the most thorough cleaning I’d ever had. Dr. Malave gave me a thorough exam and then discussed her findings with me in a cozy consultation room complete with visuals. There are other special touches that set this dental office apart but I will not reveal these as I liked the surprise element in my experience! I’m actually looking forward to my next visit. I have been to a few dental offices trying to find one that was thorough, clean and friendly, to be our family dental practice. Bamboo Dental checked all these boxes and more. The office is very clean, the equipments are very modern and most importantly the service and professionalism was amazing and beyond my expectations. Dr. Malave was very thorough and Lindsay, my hygienist, did a fantastic thorough job cleaning my teeth. 100% wound recommend Opencare and bamboo dental. Can't wait to go back!! From Dr. Malave (who is very caring and kind and this feeds on to all her staff), to the hygienists, to reception and assistants has been nothing but incredible (and I don't write reviews often, i.e., I'm not easily impressed). But Bamboo has impressed! My first experience with Bamboo Dental was after I had had a problem with a filling that another dentist removed and replaced with a new one - it was causing me some major pain. The other dentist tried to fix that but to no avail. I came to Dr. Malave in some serious pain and she cured it almost immediately. I thought that my next step was going to be a root canal, but she was able to avoid that trauma! On top of that, when leaving, I got my "first patient" gift of a little bamboo plant, which as Dr. Malave said, was to symbolize the growth of a solid relationship between Dr/office & patient. Everything was so clean and so organized. At the end of my treatment, I sat down with Dr. Malave and she educated me on everything I needed to know to create an awesome plan to recieve the best smile! She used videos and was thorough with all my x-rays, all while answering any questions I had.
