Unique Dental Spa

I normally don’t do reviews, however, my experience at Unique dental spa was simply amazing, friendly professional staff, I had a really bad experience the last time I went to a dentist in Arizona, so it’s safe to say it left me traumatized…I expressed this to the Dentist. And I must say, without a doubt this experience supersede in my expectations. I would highly recommend this place not just for adults, but kids as well. One love!

Uncomfortable for me to do xray

I was told to floss at my dental appointment by both the doctor and the dental hygienist. Despite them educating me they did not floss my teeth during my basic cleaning. In all of my life this is the first time I have gone to a dentist office and they have not flossed my teeth.

The staff at Unique was very professional, personable and fun to talk to. They took time to go over the procedure and what the treatment plan will look like. Highly reccomend

Office looks good and have nice ambiance, staff are very friendly and helpful. Intraction with the doctor was short but he did thorough checkup and explained the condition in detail and next steps to followup. Overall i liked the office

This was my first visit and it was great experiences everything was broke down so I can understand from the first step to the last step.

Good service and was able to get an appointment in a very quickly

First appointment was pretty good! I got X-Rays taken and we were able to come up with my treatment plan to keep my smile the best it can be.

As a Health Care professional myself. It would be nice for all staff to introduce themselves in every aspects. Staff was walking in and out of the exam room I was in. The assistant not once mentioned who she was. The Dentist was nice. Several staff members just standing observing and on their devices. No one introduced themselves until they were sure I wanted services rendered. It was sorta weird from the front desk to the back. I was told no cleaning may be performed. I was charged for a cleaning fee. This has never happened before at other dental offices. My cleanings always covered by insurance and not out of my pocket. A Gingivitis cleaning smh okay. They were okay I will keep looking around for me and my family.

The explanation of what would happen at the appointment was misleading. Only did X-rays and an overview of a treatment plan in 1.5 hours
