Great service and staff

Going to the dentist is never ideal, but the staff at Smile Obsession truly made my experience one I will never forget. Everyone was so polite and helpful, and there wasn’t a long wait time at all. I would definitely recommend them.

My experience was awesome! As someone who has high anxiety when it comes to the dentist, I felt at ease here. My dentist was very thorough, explained everything in detail, and went over the cost and dental plan in such detail. The dental assistant was very friendly and personal as well, they all treat me with amazing care.

Val and Dr.Rachel Honard were so thorough and attentive with their care. I haven’t been to the dentist in years but they made the experience pain free and comfortable throughout the entirety of my appointment!

I had a truly wonderful experience at Smile Obsession Oak Lawn. I appreciated being able to schedule an appointment at a later hour—7 p.m. worked perfectly for me. My cleaning went smoothly, and I never once felt judged or embarrassed about how long it had been since my last dental visit. The entire environment was welcoming, comfortable, and reassuring. When it came time to review my care and X-rays, Dr. Rachel was amazing. She explained everything clearly, including the financial portion, and made sure I fully understood my treatment plan. That level of transparency and compassion meant a lot. I genuinely feel this is a dental office I can trust. I’m looking forward to returning soon for my upcoming treatment. Highly recommend!

I had two wisdom tooth removed from an oral surgery that left me with pain and nerve damage. I went to get a second opinion because the oral surgeon said I might have a cavity on the tooth next to where the wisdom tooth was. Rita and Dr. Elhindi were great! They explained everything to me. I felt heard for once since this whole surgery occurred. The doctor assured me there wasn't a cavity and all the pain is from the nerve damage. I will continue my care with them from now on! I'm still in pain but have clarity on what's wrong and a piece of mind!!
