Payment Options Option One: Cash, check, debit/credit card (visa/master) on the day services are rendered. Option Two: Your portion of insurance benefit at the time of service with the balance submitted to your insurance carrier. Your portion is payable as in Option One, or in selected instances, Option three. There may be a discrepancy between the amount paid by the insurance carrier that can result in either a balance due or credit on your account. If there is a balance due, you will be sent a statement. Option Three: There are some instances where unplanned-for treatment or extensive elective care is more than the family budget allows. In these instances, we offer an Easy Extended Payment Plan installment financing plan to qualified patients. The extended payment plan must be pre-approved before treatment is initiated. If the amount is paid in accordance with the terms set forth in an agreement, there will be now interest charged by the office. The extended payment financing must possess a valid MasterCard or Visa Card to be eligible for the payment plan. The first payment is due and payable using the patient's credit card when treatment is initiated. Remaining payments will be automatically debited to the card according to the cardholder's pre-authorization consent agreement permitting monthly charges to be automatically debited to their card. Option Four: Our office also accepts CareCredit. If you choose a 6 month payment plan there will be 0% interest charged to your account.
