I recently visited Colborne Family Dental for my first routine checkup as a new patient, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The clinic is very clean and modern, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The hygienist took her time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. The dentist was thorough, attentive, and gave honest advice about my dental health without rushing through the appointment. I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail they provided. I loved the fact that I was being explained of what exactly happening with my teeth and what needs to be done, instead of just doing it. Loved the whole experience- thorough cleaning and next steps.

As soon as I got to the appointment, the receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienist was also very accommodating and knowledgeable. She made sure that I knew the details of what she was going to do and what the dentist would explain later on. The dentist was also very friendly and thorough. She explained the details of my treatments and next steps with great knowledge and patience. Everyone was very accommodating so it was a very pleasant experience!
