The experience was great, and the treatment was excellent. However, I found the pricing to be quite high. I was also told that they offer direct billing through insurance, but that wasn't my experience. They said it would take two days to receive the payment from my insurance company and asked me to pay the full amount upfront. They then stated that they would refund me once they received the insurance funds. That process didn't make much sense to me and doesn't seem like true direct billing. Overall, the treatment was great, but the billing process was disappointing.

I was a little nervous about going to the Dentist for the first time in a while but the staff at Dentistree made it an excellent experience. Very thorough, well explained. Will be coming in on a mor regular basis now!

My appointment was at noon; I was seated in a room and waited 15 minutes with people walking in and out before someone arrived to start my appointment. My appointment took an hour and a half, and about 30mins of that was sitting in an empty room waiting. After X-rays were taken, I was moved to another room because the equipment in the room I was seated in was "broken". The overhead light in this room was absolutely filthy with fingerprints and splatters. Hygienist was curt and not very tactful, I felt like I was being shamed for not having had a cleaning recently. If I expressed any pain as she was cleaning my teeth, it was "because I had buildup". The cleaning was the shortest part of the visit and felt rushed. Three x-rays then needed to be retaken as they were not taken properly the first time. Despite filling in all intake forms in advance, I ended up repeating my medical information four times over the course of the visit, including when it had already been taken down into my file, and also had to resubmit my insurance information despite having filled out the form and sent my card details in advance. Service from the dentist was excellent and professional by comparison, very personable and thorough

My experience at the clinic was alright overall. The staff members were friendly, professional, and provided good care throughout my visit. However, the wait time was a bit long, which was disappointing since I had a scheduled appointment. While the service itself was fine, the scheduling could definitely be improved.

Very professional service. I had my teeth cleaned by Christelle. She was amazing and gave step by step instructions to ensure my cleaning went smoothly. She thoroughly cleaned my teeth and gave me great tips to keep them looking their best. The dentist had good bed side manners. The reception was polite and answered my questions before the procedure.
