Good service

It was my first dental visit at Dentistree and had great experience with clear understanding of my dental hygiene. The staff and doctor were friendly, professional and helped me through the process with pain free treatment.

They were still busy after 6pm (the time of my appointment) and it delayed it a little bit. But it was good.

I recently visited the clinic and was very impressed with how well-organized and equipped the facility is. The professional environment is clear. As a suggestion for the new patient experience, I believe it would be very beneficial to have a dedicated financial consultation step before treatment begins. For patients who are new to the Canadian dental system or specific insurance protocols, receiving a clear explanation of: 1. The exact breakdown of costs (Predetermination). 2. How much the insurance is expected to cover versus the out-of-pocket 'co-pay.' 3. When payment is due (e.g., upfront vs. after insurance). Providing this clarity before proceeding with clinical duties would ensure patients feel fully informed and confident. The appointment took longer than I thought. It was a regular cleaning, but he didn't do the flossing at the end (which my previous dentist usually did). When poking my gums, he pushed so hard that I could taste blood. And no samples after the visit.

My visit to this dentist office was surprisingly pleasant. I got a full x-ray, and explanation throughout the process. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone who is unsure about a visit to the dentist. They are very friendly, and seem to genuinely care about your welfare. This is coming from someone who has not been to the dentist in over 30 years.

The building is nice and clean, everything is new. My first appointment went well, billing was a little co fusing but the staff were great. My second planned appointment did not go so well, after waiting 30 minutes my appointment to start I asked for an update and got told then that a hygenist won’t be in for another half hour so I would have to wait. I spoke to the clinic 30 minutes prior to my appointment, they could have given me this information beforehand so I’m not waiting one hour for my appointment to start. I ended up leaving as I felt this was very unprofessional.
