I had a good experience overall at this clinic. The office is clean, modern, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The equipment appears up to date, and the staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The dentist took the time to explain my dental health, the treatment plan, and answered my questions clearly. My only concern was that I experienced significantly more pain after the cleaning than I have with previous dental cleanings, which made chewing uncomfortable for a while. Aside from that, I appreciated the quality of care and the professionalism of the team.

I had a great experience at this clinic. Christelle, the hygienist, was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. The receptionist was also welcoming and thoroughly explained the process and paperwork. The clinic itself is clean, spacious, and very professional. I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for excellent care and outstanding customer service.

It was my first dental visit at Dentistree and had great experience with clear understanding of my dental hygiene. The staff and doctor were friendly, professional and helped me through the process with pain free treatment.

They were still busy after 6pm (the time of my appointment) and it delayed it a little bit. But it was good.

I recently visited the clinic and was very impressed with how well-organized and equipped the facility is. The professional environment is clear. As a suggestion for the new patient experience, I believe it would be very beneficial to have a dedicated financial consultation step before treatment begins. For patients who are new to the Canadian dental system or specific insurance protocols, receiving a clear explanation of: 1. The exact breakdown of costs (Predetermination). 2. How much the insurance is expected to cover versus the out-of-pocket 'co-pay.' 3. When payment is due (e.g., upfront vs. after insurance). Providing this clarity before proceeding with clinical duties would ensure patients feel fully informed and confident.
