New facility with lot of advanced machines. Would highly recommend if staff can explain the procedures before they are proceeding with it.

Nurses and receptionist seem to be very disorganized. The dentist herself is very kind and professional but her staff doesnt seem to know what they are doing or dont have much experience.

I'd say it was a positive experience so far. Got my teeth cleaned and checked by the team. They were super organized and the time went by so quickly, i didn't even notice.

I met about five staff members, but only the dentist (Dr. Atihand) and the new dental assistant introduced themselves. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything about my teeth clearly, which I really appreciated. The cleaning, however, was not as thorough as the cleaning I used to get from my previous hygienist at another dental office. I also felt that there was a lot of focus on recommending a mouthguard and Invisalign. The hygienist continued bringing them up until the end, which felt a little pushy. My appointment took 2 hours to complete. I understand they needed to get xrays and pictures, but the cleaning itself only took probably 30mins. Overall, I liked the dentist and appreciated how well he explained everything. I just wish the cleaning had been more thorough and the recommendations had felt less pressured.

I had my first dental appointment (in 4 years) today. Dentistree, on Hemlock. This was my first visit and I can honestly say I’m looking forward to going back. From the time I walked in till the time I walked out everybody was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them!
