This was the first time I had been at the dentist in over a decade and I was very nervous The staff were very kind and informative. I feel so more confident about my smile. I am so happy I picked Dentistree!

This was my first patient visit at the clinic, and I had scheduled it with the understanding that my cleaning would also be done. Unfortunately, I wasn’t informed beforehand that the cleaning wouldn’t take place during this appointment. It was quite disappointing to find this out only after arriving, especially since the visit was booked specifically with cleaning in mind. The clinic did seem quite busy, which may have contributed to the oversight. However, the staff I interacted with were polite and overall okay. Overall, the experience felt a bit unorganized for a first visit. Clearer communication in advance would have made a big difference. I hope the clinic improves this for future patients.

I must say that I enjoyed going to this clinic. I have to go back for treatment. Perhaps my new dentist.

They were very nice especially the receptionist which I appreciated.

The cleaning is good but the billing process was not transparent. I end up paying extra that my insurance is not covered.

It was great! I love how jasmine treated on my arrival. I also had a good talk with Dr. Singh she was very nice and professional. She explained each steps clearly and also guided me through next steps. There was a guy who took my X ray he was friendly too. Overall, it was the best decision to visit this place!

I was accommodated to Dentistree Richmond but with same dentist Dr. Bosky from Hemlock. All of the staff are friendly and professional.

practice was not transparent with procedure billing and when it was brought up as a concern, I was dismissed. Even though the concerns were discussed before some treatments were rendered. Rather than a communicative discussion on what was being billed for the appointment I was accused of being ill-prepared.

They were able to provide prompt response to my dental issue.

Positive environment and good staff.

Overall the dentist here is very nice and helpful. Front desk staff were great at getting people signed up and overall the experience was good. However I was there for a painful sensitive tooth and although I reminded them about the troubled tooth, they cleaned the plaque and teeth by cold water which hurt immensely. Instead of changing the approach, they just stated "we will do it last" and proceeded to use cold water even when I was in pain. They were also training some new staff and I am always patient with this, but when one staff stayed in the room with me not saying a word, awkwardly looking at his phone, and making me feel uncomfortable, I knew this most ideal location. I would stay for the dentist, but the hygienist and new staff I would appreciate there ability to be more understanding and aware of when patients state they are in pain and figure out a solution.
