Had a great examination and cleaning from this clinic. The Dentist and hygienist were very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me in a comfortable way. Would recommend

The experience was okay, but I wouldn’t say it was great. They did not disclose the exact charges before the procedure or at the time of the appointment. Because of this lack of transparency, the final cost felt overpriced compared to other clinics..

My visit to dental Zen was very much just okay, there were technical difficulties with the x-ray machine (I understand that happens) but they kept moving me around from room to room and then left me waiting in a room for 30+ minutes. My appointment was almost 2.5 hrs for a cleaning and exam, I felt it was disrespectful of my time. I was very understanding until I felt that was being taken advantage of.

My experience at Dental Zen Pickering was very positive - the wait was not long, the appointment moved quickly, and facilities were clean. The hygienist, dentist, receptionists, and other staff were all very polite. All my questions were answered in detail.
