My visit to dental Zen was very much just okay, there were technical difficulties with the x-ray machine (I understand that happens) but they kept moving me around from room to room and then left me waiting in a room for 30+ minutes. My appointment was almost 2.5 hrs for a cleaning and exam, I felt it was disrespectful of my time. I was very understanding until I felt that was being taken advantage of.
