Easy to get appointment and promptly response

I've been told my visit and cleaning would be done in 1 session (for 372 dollar which would be covered by Canada Life) and I'll be eligible for opencare gift card. But they told me I need to have another session to get visited by the dentist, and pay another 340 dollars (beside first session which I paid 328 dollars) to get eligible for the gift card, although both payments are covered by Canada Life, I didn't receive appropriate and sufficient information in this regard.

Staff was very attentive and the hygienist checked in frequently to ensure I was comfortable. There is TV on the ceiling with Netflix which helps the time pass very quickly. The water bottles and coffee in the waiting room is a nice touch.

Overall experience was easy and smooth.
