I was emailed the new patient paperwork so filled it out beforehand. I arrived on time for my appointment and was taken immediately. I did some scans, xrays, and had a oral cancer screening. Everything was easy, quick, and the technology was impressive. I haven't been to a dentist in a long time, but to see the 3D model of my skull, and the detailed scans and xrays of my jaw, teeth and mouth on a big screen really helped me understand what was going on. Dr Hage was very patient and understanding with my concerns and his staff were excellent as well. After Dr Hage told me all his recommendations, the woman in front, I'm not sure her name, helped me go through all the details of insurance and coverage and cost, and explained all the procedures in detail and told me all my options for sedation and relaxation if needed. Overall a very comforting experience and as long as my procedures go well, I'm looking forward to recommending them to anyone who asks me about a good dentist.
