Dr. Shapira is a Professor of Geriatric Medicine, a Clinical Gerontologist/Aging Specialist, Certified Hypnotherapist, Author, Consultant and Lecturer. He is a caring, involved clinician with extensive knowledge in the aging field. His personal motto is: “No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care.” In 2008, Dr. Shapira was awarded the title of Visiting Professor of Geriatric Medicine, Nursing and Dentistry by People’s Hospital #2 and the Government of China for his volunteer teaching efforts and work there.

    Really enjoyed my visit, they took into consideration my past bad experiences with dentists, and had recommendations and gave me an explanation of why they recommended that treatment plan going forward.

    This was a great, straightforward experience. The office is trustworthy and I was in and out without complication. I called to ask questions and the front desk was able to patiently explain everything I needed to know to me. I was very comfortable as well.
