The service was great and the dentist that treated me was great. The one thing that threw me off was that I made the appointment to see Dr Nataly Vilderman and nobody notified me before nor at the reception desk when I checked in that I would be seen by her associate. i believe that should’ve been notified at the moment of confirming the appointment. I mentioned it to the doctor and he explained that when one calls directly they let you know but Open Care doesn’t. So that is a wrinkle that should be addressed.

Dr Ledesma was who saw me, he explained everything to me, and honestly I’ve never had a dentist be so thorough with their explanation and showing me everything. Great job

It was very easy to find an appointment quickly that fit my schedule! Everyone in the office was helpful and friendly. The entire appointment only took about an hour including paperwork and such.

Great experience. Took care of my x rays, checked all old fillings, and did a great cleaning in less than an hour. Was very honest and experienced and didnt feel any pain at all during the cleaning. I highly recommend Dr. Vilderman!
