Dentologie - South Lake Union

This was my first visit to this practice. After an initial hiccup (insurance information verification took some time) the rest of the visit was kind of smooth. They did X-Ray and 3d imaging of my teeth and then the cleaning. The cleaning they did was not covered by insurance so I had to pay.

The visit was very comfortable. Everyone was patient, took the time to explain the procedures, and thoroughly reviewed the assessment of my teeth and gum health. I was helped by Dr. Shawna Sarrett, dental assistant Taya, and Mignon at the front desk. They were all professional, friendly, and made the experience a positive one.

Everything was great, I appreciate the thorough explanations. Particularly because I have little experience with insurance and medical services in the US.

Good experience with the treatment. The TV on the roof was an added plus!

Dentologie has a clean location and modern equipment! I was able to get an appointment upon very short notice and get my teeth cleaned. My cleaning was pretty brief, and it didn’t seem like it was to the same expectations I have become used to at other dentists. I’ve always gotten glowing feedback regarding the care that I give my teeth and to my surprise I was told that I have 5 fillings I need to do and was offered an appointment for the following day. I am going to get a second opinion as this caught me off guard. I think if you’re looking for convenience of a quick cleaning this could be a good place for you, however it may not be the best place to establish long term care.

Great location and great ambience. The doctor and the dental assistant both explained everything thoroughly so I knew what to expect.

Front desk is super helpful and willing to work with you on scheduling and billing. The cost was upfront and transparent.

I have dentist anxiety but the team at dentologie was so friendly and professional it went better than expected. The practice is clean, aesthetic and calming. The TV was playing Princess Diaries and I felt at ease the whole time. I 100% recommend for nervous people like myself!
