ai’m from out of state and while visiting town, one of my crowns popped off. I was able to get in to A Dental Care within a day to have the doctor re-cement it. Their easy online forms and advance insurance pre-screening made the actual office visit quick and efficient. The doctor was great as were all the staff. Highly recommend this practice to any locals to the area.

Good decent place for dental check-ups

I recently had my first dental cleaning visit at A Dental Care, and I couldn’t have been more pleased! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel warmly welcomed and comfortable. The front desk team greeted me with smiles and helped me check in quickly. The doctors were very kind and professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood my treatment plan. I really appreciated how patient and caring they were throughout my visit. A special shoutout to Ms. Pam, who did an excellent job cleaning my teeth! She was gentle, thorough, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. My teeth felt amazing afterward — it was honestly one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had. Overall, my experience at A Dental Care was fantastic from start to finish. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and caring dental office. I’ll absolutely be coming back for my future visits!

Very Professional and Polite.

Would not recommend, there is a distinct difference between this place and others. It's obvious that this practice does not function optimally, is not "state of the art" and is trying to stay a float. Did I receive beneficial dental care and were the staff friendly/compassionate=yes. Was I happy with the experience and would go back=no. 1. Lots of waiting [it took me 3+ hours for a routine check up and cleaning, this should be done in less than an hour] 2. Unorganized sequence of care + an abundance of professionals coming in and out of exam room to give care or ask of information. - It should just be the dental Hygienist, then dentist in the room! Any insurance / payment matters should be dealt with BEFORE or after the visit with the Hygienist getting consent along the way for any additional care needed - The Hygienist shouldn't be jumping from patient to patient and uninformed with my situation. They should be the main person running the appointment, giving 1 on 1 care. Plus the Hygienist should do everything (cleaning / checkup) before the dentist comes in, not the other way around! - insurance / front desk personnel should not be coming in and out to sell you on there "implant/crown deal" going on or take your credit card out of sight to pay for something. 3. Miscommunication between employees on what care was requested / needs to be done -Being told "your good to go" when you haven't even been seen by the Hygienist for the routine cleaning you made your appointment for IS A HUGE RED FLAG 4. Outdated and sometimes temperamental equipment - The dentist chair I was sitting I was malfunctioning, there was a hole in the wall covered by a piece of copy paper, and the employees frequently mentioned how their computer system make things harder 5. This practice has gone under so many name changes that it makes it hard to search them up and makes me concerned as to why? In summary, do not make this your regular dentist!

Pretty good dental care service

They were helpful and informative about the state of my teeth. Very thorough with the information and treatment plan I needed.

Outside of some older equipment that could have helped with my care mentioned by staff, I have no complaints.

I was so scared going to my appointment because I have not had health insurance, I let them know I was nervous. All the staff and doctors were so friendly and very careful! They explained in detail and helped me understand what was needed. I have a couple of cavities, which I did know. They were upfront about cost and what was needed. I feel as though they were not manipulating at all, like other dental places I called! Trust me there is a lot of bad office out there. I work in health insurance and I did not tell them. They explained everything to me and were on point! Mrs. Pam who did my cleaning is a wonderful blessing to have as an assistant! I loved her "bedside" manner and her detailed conversation about my dental health! Thank you so much A Dental for making this a great experience! I will be a loyal patient!
