Dr. Katherine Timlin

Dr. Timlin developed a passion for dentistry in 2003 when she began volunteering and then working as a dental assistant in her hometown of Chicago. She has always had a passion for service and outreach in her community. In dental school she was recognized for developing dental days at local programs for at risk youth and gave time to mentor prospective dental students. In school and following graduation she has served and co-organized at Give Kids A Smile and Mission of Mercy events. Upon graduation, she mentored dental students at University of Texas-San Antonio, and regularly volunteered at a local free clinic in Texas and Everett. Her favorite part of dentistry is developing relationships with her patients and working with her office team to provide world-class dental care to her community. Dr. Katherine Timlin studied in New York City and Phoenix. She completed dental school at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Timlin has spent the last six years in family practice and emergency dentistry in Washington and Texas while pursing hundreds of hours of additional continuing education in sedation, invisalign, wisdom teeth removal, root canal treatments, and night guards in order to better serve her patients. She is excited to join the team at Alan Macks DDS and Associates. When she is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Timlin also enjoys volunteering in the running community, spending time outdoors, hiking, rock climbing and cooking.
