Dakota Dental

I visited Dakota Dental Clinic recently. The cleaning was okay, but the staff were not very helpful. I was not given a proper bill or a clear breakdown of the charges. Overall, my experience was average.

I had a wonderful experience at Dakota Dental and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and professional dental care. From the moment we arrived, the dental receptionist welcomed us warmly. I believe we were the first patients of the day, and she took the time to explain my insurance coverage clearly, which I greatly appreciated. The dental assistant was kind, attentive, and very professional. As someone who is naturally introverted and experiences dental anxiety, I appreciated that the staff respected my space and allowed me to relax while waiting for my appointment. The dental assistant was also very thorough when taking my X-rays and scanning my teeth. The entire process was smooth and comfortable, with no discomfort at all. Dr. Fatemeh was exceptional. She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail so I could fully understand my treatment options. I never felt pressured to proceed with multiple treatments in one visit. Instead, I felt that the focus was genuinely on patient care rather than business, which is something I value greatly. I also had a tooth extraction, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and painless the procedure was. Dr. Fatemeh made the experience far less stressful than I expected, and I was able to leave feeling comfortable and well cared for. Thank you to Dr. Fatemeh and the entire Dakota Dental team for providing such a positive experience. Your kindness, professionalism, and patient-centered approach truly stand out.

After my first visit, I would highly recommend Dakota Dental because I had a great experience with them. My dental hygienist John was very thorough and careful with me. Dr. Fatemeh also clearly presented to me her findings and observations based on the scans and I’ve never experienced anything like it before. It felt like they really care for my dental health (which should be) and that was really nice. I have never been more informed about my dental health than when I left the clinic, which says a lot about the quality of their service.

Great spa like experience. If dental offices were rated like hotels, this would be a 5-star hotel.

Dr. Farzaneh & all the staff at dakota dental where top notch blew my expectations way out the water [&fears] As someone who has pretty bad dental anxiety from past experiences my appointment went better then I could have even imagined. Will deff be back

I enjoyed my visit to Dakota Dental. From the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the doctor, everyone was so welcoming. I was especially happy to connect with the receptionist, who spoke Spanish and was very helpful in finding an appointment for me. The hygienist did a great job with the cleaning and took excellent care of my teeth. The doctor then reviewed all the X-rays and photos and discussed the next steps for follow-up.

My first appointment with Dakota Dental was amazing! They made me feel super comfortable, giving me access to watch TV during my cleaning. They informed me of EVERYTHING I needed to know about my teeth and advised me on a proper plan moving forward. I'd keep coming back, every time!

Really comprehensive checkup and cleaning

The whole team was fantastic: from the office administrator, who assisted me with the paperwork for my insurance, to the dentist, who was very precise and concise in explaining the overall situation. I got X-rays and a 3D rendering of my teeth with a detailed explanation of each tooth and gum. They logged everything, including the info I gave about problems I had in the past. Very reccomended.

It was better than I expected, loved the service. Doctor explained to me the whole process, what I am doing good and what I can improve.

Great experience! I was really anxious since I hadn't had a cleaning in a while, but they did everything perfect and I left feeling so happy and relieved.

The clinic was clean and the ambiance is very nice. Equipment used were modern. Very thorough explanation about the procedure to be done.
