(Don't forget to do it once you book the appointment) They checked my insurance details and then took me in. X-rays were taken and I was accommodated in the room where I waited for the Dr. In the meanwhile, they asked me if I wanted to watch some TV show, they had a TV in the ceiling, while Dr were working on my mouth. I was surprised but I loved it.
