Staff and Service Quality: Everyone who attended to me was amazing at their job. Frida at the reception was professional, personal, and caring. Dr. Marlo Galler personally checks each patient and is very intelligent. Dr. Angela, my doctor, is highly skilled, confident, and precise. The dental assistant was also professional and caring. The entire team represents some of the best doctors in their field. Patient Experience: I experienced almost no pain during the treatment. Dr. Angela comforted me throughout the procedure. The staff made me feel cared for on a personal level. I felt the insurance part was very well handled, as if everything was already set up for me. Contact reminders for appointments were helpful. Recommendations and Future Visits: I refer almost everyone who wants good dental care to Dr. Marlo Galler’s facility. I plan to return to the facility for future care.

The dentist and her team members were very friendly and courteous. Explained all procedures in detail. She tried her best to ensure there was minimal pain whilst cleaning.

I would have given 5 stars, but I would have liked it if the secretary had asked me whether I wanted a fluoride treatment instead of assuming I didn’t want it because of my insurance. I was willing to pay for it. Overall the staff was really friendly.
