Great Place for a Family Dentist. Friendly and welcoming staff

The overall experience is bad. They mistreated, miscommunicated and billed extra. The doctor was rushing to finish when she did my full exam and did not answered my question well. Also she suggested a root canel that ends up a wrong decision. Next about the bill, they quoted me one bill and then let me paid extra for first visit. They intentionally delayed my cleaning for a second day and intentionally delayed that cleaning so that I stuck with their service. They also denied to give me statement that I require to claim my gift card after my first visit and told me that they will give me that statement after the second cleaning that they fixed after a month. Finally they finished all my insurance money and let me pay more extra for their miscalculation or intentional whatever you say. I want my money back if possible.

The staff was super friendly and doctor was very nice.

Great staff. Recommend visiting. They are personable. Have gaming available for kids while parents are in appointment. Clean and comfortable. Brought my son and they kept watch while I was in appointment.
