The dental hygienist was professional and did a great job. Dr. Kim also took the time to explain my dental issues, which I appreciated. However, I felt the clinic's overall approach created unnecessary anxiety. Rather than objectively explaining the severity of my dental condition and discussing all available options, the consultation felt somewhat sales-driven, leaving me with the impression that I had to proceed with their recommended treatments immediately or my teeth would be beyond saving. I believe healthcare professionals should provide balanced, evidence-based information and allow patients to make informed decisions, rather than making them feel pressured into treatment.
