I would be a regular patient there.

The doctor and hygienist was Great. The receptionist and billing team gave me the worst experience of my life . My first visit, I sent my insurance in advance, also gave my insurance card in person. I was told to proceed with appointment. I was given a bill and was expecting them to direct the bills to my insurance. They told me we can't afford your insurance . You mean you can't find Manulife insurance even with physical card of my Manulife insurance card. I paid with my debt card ,they were still questioning me if my payment was legit and how long I worked for the company. Making me feel I can't afford a service that I already paid cash and also a service they fail to contact my insurance. I would only recommend here because the Doctor and hygnist did a great job.

When cleaning the teeth, please ask the patient about the pain tolerance as someone has very sensitive teeth and need the anesthetic gel.

Ive had my first two appoinments with Dr Mike and Dr Vanessa, and both have been fantastic. They are truly great dentists who made me feel comfortable and well caref for. Althought I have visited several clinics since coming to Canada, this is the first time Ive really felt a sense of belonging and a positive athmosphere. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which makes a big difference. Im grateful for the excellent care Ive received and look forward to being a long term patient at this clinic. Kudos to everyone!

The overall experience is bad. They mistreated, miscommunicated and billed extra. The doctor was rushing to finish when she did my full exam and did not answered my question well. Also she suggested a root canel that ends up a wrong decision. Next about the bill, they quoted me one bill and then let me paid extra for first visit. They intentionally delayed my cleaning for a second day and intentionally delayed that cleaning so that I stuck with their service. They also denied to give me statement that I require to claim my gift card after my first visit and told me that they will give me that statement after the second cleaning that they fixed after a month. Finally they finished all my insurance money and let me pay more extra for their miscalculation or intentional whatever you say. I want my money back if possible.
