Very friendly staff, and very smooth new patient intake. Felt very at ease during my visit and made a follow-up to continue care!

My initial exam was with Dr. Patricia Khamis-Silva and she was so compassionate and understanding and her assistant Jessica was the same. I returned a few days later for my cleaning and had Martha as my hygienist and she was amazing. Good stories to share and fabulous at educating. I would highly recommend By The Lake Dental to all.

Opencare is a very professional and knowledgeable dental clinic. I find their technology very fascinating and advance, never had my teeth taken picture the they did, it’s amazing. The staff are also friendly and informative. They are also close by to my house which is great. Booking in Opencare is also easy they reply fast, so efficient. Thank you for taking care of my teeth.

very good, lots of xrays and scans, i appreciate the data they collected for proper treatment. They were uncomfortable but i understand.

Dr Andrea and her staff put me at ease with their professional and caring attitudes. The clinic is modern and clean and easy to access. The dentist did a very thorough exam and pointed out any potential issues for the future, but didn’t press for any additional treatments. Very relaxing environment!

I did not have an appointment with Dr. Tagliaferro but the dentist I did see was amazing, thorough and truly cared about my dental health. He made a point to discuss preventative measures and oral health with me which I truly appreciated.
