The moment I arrived I was greeted, everybody was so friendly. Didn’t wait long for the hygienist to see me. Staff were just the right level of friendly, and very helpful. The hygienist was excellent - no pain or discomfort at any point during my cleaning, and she explained the best way to floss with a level of detail and clarity no one has ever provided me before. Dr. Arash also explained every part of the exam for me, including the x-ray results, so it was easy to understand. He gave very clear advice for how to improve my oral health. And I highly recommend Downsview Dental to any trans people looking for a dentist in the area - everyone in the office was respectful and used the right pronouns for my gender.
