Everyone from the receptionists to the dental assistant to Dr. Charo were all very friendly and pleasant to deal with. They took care of my direct insurance billing and booking me an appointment with the surgeon right away. Also, the initial consult itself was very thorough and speedy. Which I highly appreciated.

The entire team at Downsview Dental was phenomenal which made for an incredible first experience. I was cared for by Dr. Alan Hiutin and Rose (dental hygienist) and I appreciated the patience and sharing of knowledge from them. Dr. Hiutin and Helga (dental hygienist) attended to my father and he appreciated the amount of time and consideration they took to care for him as well. The receptionists Teresa and Krystal were friendly and kind to accommodate us, answer any questions and give us all the information we needed.

Dr. Charo is a very hospitable dentist. She makes her patient feel at ease. She is open to any questions about dental health and is not selfish to share self-care on dental hygiene.

Dr. Pabalen is an excellent dentist. She put me at ease, explained everything that was going on, super friendly and skilled. Her assistant Crystal is lovely as well, as is the admin staff that quickly took care of insurance. Absolutely recommend!

I had severe anxiety about getting a root canal done. Dr. Charo made sure I was comfortable at all times and slowed down or stopped when needed. She is reassuring and caring and I would recommend her to everybody that needs a new dentist.

The dentist was very friendly, made sure 8 was comfortable and that she's not poking or hurting me in any way. They have flexiable appointments which is the main reason I booked with them. Not many dentists are open on or available on Saturdays. Very nice receptionist too.

The office was not very busy when I came and I was very quick to get in. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Explaining to me in detail what they were doing and what they showed me. The gave me good tips and recommendations on healthy tooth and gum care
