However, the dental hygienist was extremely nice and did a very nice job. At the end, I received a complimentary teeth whitening kit. Staff was very friendly, they walked me through everything they were doing and the results of the exam. Dr. Kerbel was very friendly and nice to talk to. My teeth and gums felt great afterwards: clean, no bleeding or soreness. As a first time patient you get a free whitening kit. Easy going, relaxed, and informative - I was provided with an overall description of my oral health and educated on things I didn't know (without being talked down to).

At the second appointment, it was some cavity work, and this went over smoothly.
