Dr. Chao has been a general family dentist for more than 25 years. She grew up in Toronto and was a dental associate in Mississauga, Keelesdale and Kapuskasing after obtaining her dental degree from the University of Toronto. Dr. Chao was on call at the Scarborough Hospital for many years with experience in a multitude of dental treatments and emergencies. Dr. Chao has been a dentist with SGH Dental office since 1993. Dr. Chao’s focus is on providing best dental care to both adults and children in comfortable and friendly surroundings. Dr. Chao’s experience and her love of learning are of benefit to her patients. Dr. Chao is in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Ontario Dental Association and the Canadian Dental Association.

I had a wonderful experience at SGH Dental Office! All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and welcoming, and my hygienist was especially lovely. I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple of years and they were not judgmental about it whatsoever. The cleaning itself went well, and my hygienist made sure to check in with my comfort throughout. The office itself was clean, modern, and quiet.
