The doctor and staff was very friendly and attentive. Always be sure to check beforehand services that are not covered by your private insurance.

Dr. Paltsev has addressed all the issues I had - chipped teeth were restored perfectly and without any pain.

Good first visit. Very thorough check up. Hygienist was a bit rushed with the cleaning due to another appointment right after me but Dr. Paltsev double checked everything afterwards.

No doubt about it - Dr. Paltsev is good ! He made me feel comfortable and explained to me the things he was doing while fixing and cleaning my teeth. Dr. Paltsev is also gifted with a good sense of humour.

Small clinic, very convenient to reach by transit. Offers week day late appointment and Saturday appointment, which is super helpful. The clinic is wheelchair accessible.

Dr. Paltsev was very personable and gave me a great 1st-time experience at his clinic. He performed the check up, X-ray and cleaning personally, and the work was done carefully and gently. I enjoyed consulting him about issues/potential issues and he was very patient in explaining in detail.

Professional and super friendly. Dr. Paltev asked how I got there and where I parked. I told him I parked somewhere with 1 hour parking. He asked me if I wanted to move my car to a different parking spot so I can avoid a ticket. He encouraged me to take my time. When I came back, he finished my cleaning. My polishing was also very thorough. I've found my new dentist!
