Dr. Pil Son

Location: Great convenient location in the heart of downtown Toronto financial district. The dental clinic may be a little challenging to find since it wasn't listed in the right are on the building directory. Service: This is my first initial visit with Dr. Pil Son. The receptionist was friendly. The dental hygienist was professional and gentle with my teeth. She was nice and always checked-in with how i'm doing as she was cleaning my teeth. Dr. Pil Son took the time to go through in detail of my teeth health. We viewed my dental x-rays and camera photos together. He raised any concerns he may have and took the time to answer any questions I had on my oral health. I never had a dentist that went through my x-ray before let alone let me see my own x-rays. Overall, a very detailed job and great experience. He was patient, kind, respectful and detailed oriented. Clinic quality: very clean, good views of downtown Toronto (facing the lake and some financial buildings), small reception area (3-4 seats)

Michelle (the hygienist) was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I had some x-rays and photos taken and Dr. Son took the time to go through everything in detail and answer all my questions. Great experience!

He is VERY thorough even going through all the xrays and pictures of each individual tooth. Explained where work could be done but wasn’t pushy about it at all. Nice guy.

Dr Pil Son and his staff were amazing ! They were very thorough in explaining every procedure during my first visit and were always open to any additional questions I had. Dr. Pil Son was patient with educating me about the state of my gums and teeth as we reviewed my x-rays. I hope to see continued quality of service in my following checkups.

It's a very clean office, directly facing Scotia Arena (or better known as ACC) Staffs are very nice, kind and accommodating. Doctor Son is very friendly, and helpful.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The initial appointment was very thorough, and Dr. Son went over all the x-rays and photos (lots of them for intake!) with me, pointing out what looked good and what looked like a potential problem. The hygienist was good about communicating what she was doing, checking on sensitivity, and sympathetic that some bits of the process were uncomfortable.

Dr. Pil Soon and his team were lovely. They ran on time so I went straight into my appointment. They explained everything to me before it happened and checked on me throughout. I felt like I could ask any questions or concerns I may had. Definitely going back.

The location of the office is far above expectations - the patient chairs look out of the 27th floor of a financial district tower. The staff are all very friendly and work very efficiently - hardly any wait time, and their process is set up to treat patients quickly and effectively. I would recommend this dentistry office to anyone working in the area, as it is a convenient way to fit in dental work during the work day.

The staff were all very friendly during my first visit to the office. Dr. Son was incredibly informative and really had my best interests in mind. I felt very little discomfort during my cleaning, which was new for me. So glad I chose this clinic!

I went to Dr Pil Son with an emergency and he was able to see me right away, on time, was thorough in doing a full examination before assessing me and then took the time to not only diagnose me but explain to me the cause, consequences and recommended steps of my issue. The initial experience was via opencare and I found the communication was great on their platform as I didn't have to pick up the phone during work. There's text and email options that made it convenient to respond in between meetings. There was a 30 minute wait for the dentist, but all appointments thereafter was on time.
